WHAT DO WE DO?
We have the best jobs in the world! We work with horses, in the open air, helping people to raise their aspirations and achieve their potential.
We work in a non-judgemental, non- confrontational way, using horses as our co-coaches.
We provide a therapeutic learning environment where individuals can come and feel emotionally and physically safe.
We mainly work outdoors in natural surroundings, allowing a sense of connection and participation without the negative connotations usually associated with learning or therapy.
We offer a range of therapeutic courses and academic qualifications ranging from one-to-one interventions, foundation courses in Maths and English, through to 12 month group courses with City and Guilds accreditation. These range from Award to Diploma Level.
We work with adults and young people who want to improve their life chances in school, the workplace or with family and friends.
We offer structured sessions focusing on specific pre-agreed outcomes which are learner lead and focused on progression to the next stage in their life.

After about a year or two I started to take part in all tasks and barely refused to do anything … I have been able to grow as a person and work on my anxiety and confidence … I’m very grateful for them helping me become the person I am today.” Read more
